GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armed In Michigan, LLC/Freedom Holsters, LLC/Michigan Gun Company, LLC. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a return policy for items within 10 business days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in original packaging for exchange, store credit, or refund (minus 25% restocking fee). Returns must be made within 10 business days of RMA issuance. Opened items incur an additional 15% fee. Non-returnable products include custom orders, “as is” or “used” products, installed or used items, firearms/NFA items post-ATF paperwork, and certain electronic devices.

Shipping for returns should be tracked and insured. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any lost or damaged items in transit. USPS tracking is limited and requires a 30-day wait for tracing lost shipments.

USED FIREARMS

Descriptions for used firearms are based on actual items and marked accordingly. Sales of used items are final. Photos are provided when available.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

Firearms, magazines, and restricted items are sold according to federal, state, and local laws. Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers. Customers should check local laws before ordering. New firearms include manufacturer’s packaging, accessories, warranty, and are subject to manufacturer’s warranty policies.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are shipped within 3-10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking for UPS and FedEx shipments. Special orders must be picked up within 90 days, or they will be considered abandoned.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory is subject to change. Errors in product descriptions or prices are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse orders with errors and will not charge or will refund customers in such cases. Customers agree that we have the final say in online catalog discrepancies.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

Ammunition buyers must be 18 (rifle/shotgun) or 21 (handgun). Ammunition is shipped with adult signature required and is non-returnable.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

Students who fail to show or cancel their class within 48 hours of the class start time will not be eligible for a refund. However, there is a one-time rescheduling option available.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check your local and state regulations before ordering. By purchasing a firearm, you certify that you will abide by the following safety rules:

  1. Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
  2. Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
  3. Always keep the firearm unloaded until ready to use.
  4. Always know your target and what is beyond it.
  5. Always treat the firearm as if it is loaded.

By purchasing a firearm, you affirm the following:

  1. You are not prohibited by Federal, State law, or local ordinance from receiving firearms or ammunition.
  2. You are at least 18 years of age if purchasing any long guns or long gun ammunition.
  3. You are at least 21 years of age if purchasing a handgun or an ATF-defined “Other” firearm or ammunition for use in handguns.
  4. You are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm.
  5. You are not under indictment in any court for a felony or any crime for which the judge could sentence you to over one year.
  6. You have not been convicted of a felony in any court, or any crime for which the judge could have sentenced you to more than one year, even if your sentence was shorter.
  7. You are not a fugitive from justice.
  8. You are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
  9. You have not been adjudicated mentally defective or have not been committed to a mental institution.
  10. You have not been discharged from the armed forces under dishonorable conditions.
  11. You are not subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.
  12. You have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  13. You have never renounced your United States citizenship.
  14. You are not an alien illegally in the United States.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Any exchanges need to be processed as a return. You will be issued a gift card that will allow you to purchase your new order.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY FIREARMS?

We can have you pick up directly from our location, or we can ship to a local gun shop (FFL) near you. Once we verify their license, we will ship your order. Your local shop will likely charge a transfer fee to transfer the firearm to you. Please contact them to find out what they charge. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 or international shipping.

WHAT CAN BE SHIPPED TO MY HOME?

We can ship various items directly to your home, such as ammunition, accessories, optics, and gear. Select the shipping option at checkout, and your items will arrive at your doorstep. The only items that cannot be shipped directly to you are firearms. Firearms or any serialized item, including but not limited to handguns, rifles, shotguns, lower receivers, and frames, must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
