How it works: If anything goes wrong with a firearm covered under our Supplemental Warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to you. If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced free of charge. Simply bring it into our store or ship it back to us—we’ll take care of the rest.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Armed In Michigan warrants that any new firearm purchased with our Supplemental Lifetime Warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, subject to the following terms:
- Original Purchaser Only – This warranty applies exclusively to the original buyer.
- Replacement or Credit – If a firearm cannot be repaired and no direct replacement is available, store credit equal to current retail value (as determined by Armed In Michigan) will be issued toward any purchase at armedinmichigan.com.
- Applies to New Firearms – This warranty is valid only for new guns purchased with the Supplemental Warranty.
- FFL Transfer Fees – If a firearm must be replaced, the customer must take delivery through a licensed FFL dealer. Transfer fees, background check fees, or any related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exclusions – This warranty covers the firearm as originally sold. It does not cover:
- Guns altered or rebuilt after purchase
- Use outside of legal, intended purposes
- Scopes, optics, or accessories attached to the firearm
- Accuracy-related claims
- Cosmetic wear or refinishing due to normal use
- Manufacturer Defects Only – This warranty protects against manufacturer defects. It does not extend to routine maintenance, wear parts, or aesthetic issues.
Limitation of Liability
Armed In Michigan’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding defective firearms (as determined at our discretion). We are not liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
